Applications for the Hurford Youth Fellowship Program for 2025 are now being accepted. The Hurford Youth Fellowship Program aims to develop young people’s potential as leaders and as democratic activists from all around the world.

Youth activists who are part of the Fellowship program get to spend three months in Washington, D.C., where they may broaden their worldwide network, pick up tips from activists in other democratic movements across the globe, and help shape the global movement for democracy. It will be the expectation of fellows to set up virtual dialogues in order to stimulate global youth activism.

Hurford Youth Fellows will organize and lead information-sharing sessions, research, and strategic meetings on the following particular topics listed in the “What is next ? youth declaration.
