ABOUT THE FELLOWSHIP

A 12-month hybrid leadership program for social entrepreneurs worldwide is called the Global Good Fund Fellowship. In order to build a more equitable and sustainable future for everybody, we support leaders who take on the most important social issues head-on. To enhance their social impact, every leader is provided with specialized tools, resources, training, and networking opportunities. They also receive $10,000 to be used solely for their leadership development and professional executive coaching from C-suite corporate mentors.

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

A committed professional executive coach and a committed C-suite executive who acts as a business mentor are matched with each Fellow. Fellows communicate by phone, Skype, or WhatsApp with their business mentor and executive coach throughout a 12-month period.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Social enterprise leaders who are attempting to improve the world via business and are located anywhere in the world are eligible to apply for the Global Good Fund Fellowship. Ideal Fellows have a strong commitment to their own personal growth, are coachable, have led their social company for three to five years, and are self-driven.

For the applicants to be selected:

• The enterprise that the candidate leads is at least two years old;
• The enterprise must have at least one full-time employee in addition to the candidate;
• The applicant is committed full‐time to running their enterprise.
• Applicants should not be currently receiving formal coaching/mentoring support; if they are applying for other fellowships within the 2025 fellowship cycle, please make sure it is indicated within your application.
• The applicant has to be in a position where they have primary decision-making power.
