**The Fellowship Experience**
**WHERE YOU TEACH**
– Full-time placement in public or low-income private schools in communities across Ogun State.
– Average of 140 students taught by each Fellow.
– Roles vary from being a class teacher for all subjects to a subject matter specialist in English, maths, or science.
**WHAT YOU DO**

This program is designed for motivated young graduates and mid-level professionals in Nigeria. Below are the key eligibility criteria and tips for a successful application:
Eligibility criteria:
1. Nigerian citizens aged 18 to 35 at the time of application.
2. University graduates with a minimum grade of 2:2.
3. Must have a minimum of 5 O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English.
4. Completed NYSC on or before July 2024.
**Application Tips:**
1. **Highlight Leadership:**
– Emphasize your leadership potential in three essays covering your leadership experience, motivation, and long-term goals.
– Use the STAR approach (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your essays.
– Reflect on past experiences and future aspirations.
2. **Authenticity is Key:**
– Share genuine volunteering and job experiences.
– Avoid exaggeration or providing false information; honesty is crucial during the selection process.
3. **Documentation:**
– Submit BSc certificates (statements of results from 2019-2023 are accepted), S.S.C.E (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB), NYSC certificate, and birth certificate.
